The combination of that front door, lack of interior photos and random broker make us suspicious that the house is worth anywhere near its asking price of $950,000. It’s currently has four units even though its C of O is for three so proceed with caution. Don’t forget, though, it is in “up and coming Bedford Stuyvesant,” as the listing point out.
