This conversion on the corner of Kent and North 1st in Williamsburg looks like it’ll win points in the window and ceiling departments. The big question will be whether there’s gonna be a hulking tower that gets plunked down between it and the waterfront at some point. Does anyone know anything about this project? GMAP
