The intersection of Spencer and Willoughby, in the most barren stretch of eastern Clinton Hill, is the site of two new projects, neither of which we know much about. The one at top is on the southeaster corner the one at bottom is on the western side of the block between Willoughby and DeKalb. This is the same block on which theThe Spencer (one dag-nasty design, in our opinion) was built back in 2005. Can anyone clue us in to what’s going on at either site?
