We’re partial, of course, given the location, but this 2-bedroom co-op on Clinton Avenue looks like a decent buy to us at $479,000. The kitchen ain’t doing it for us but the space, light and views are. The low maintenance is pretty nice too. The curious may attend the open house on Sunday from noon to 2 pm.
