Prices have just been cut about 10% at 242 Greene Avenue (another Kara Kasper exclusive), a “boutique loft conversion” at the edge of Clinton Hill. The building, which has thirteen units, has been on the market since September 17. None have sold yet but a few contracts in the process of going out, we’re told. All of the listings were reduced over the weekend, in the hopes of enticing buyers at next Sunday’s open house. We like the fact that this is a retro-fitting of an old building with relatively high ceilings and big windows; it’s hard to tell from the ample number of photos how these feel, however. We hope some of you will report back to us on it.
