Did anyone else notice that construction has begun on the rear part of The Smith? We ‘re pretty sure that this section will only be four or five stories high, so apartments won’t have the same views as the Atlantic side. When the parking lot on the other side of State Street gets built on, the light won’t be so great either, will it?
