We can’t recall how long it’s been since the construction of this new residential building at 160 Grand got underway. Seems like ages though. We have to applaud the developers for spending some money on the windows. According to a banner on the front of the building, these apartments are going to be rentals. We do not know if they’ve rented any yet or what kind of prices they’re asking. Has anyone seen the interiors? GMAP
