Located just off 8th Avenue, the 4,500-square-foot Beaux Arts mansion’s got seven bedrooms and architectural details out the wazoo. We can’t recall how long this has been on the market, but it shows that wealthier buyers (for Brooklyn, anyway) are being more choosey.
