It’s not entirely clear to us what kind of condition the interior of this 22-footer at 236 Dean Street in Boerum Hill is in. The current owner has stopped mid-renovation and is looking for a buyer who wants to finish the job. If not too much more work is required (and the current owner hasn’t screwed anything up) this could present an interesting opportunity to pick up a nice wide Federal brick townhouse in one of the “hottest” nabes in Brooklyn. Can anyone shine a light on the state of the interior?
