There’s something about this new building going up on South 1st between Bedford and Driggs that appeals to us. And guess who designed it? Scarano Architects. It has a nice airy, modern feel but also seems to integrate well with the existing facades and streetscape. The DOB filings reveal that this is a 6,800-square-foot residential project. Anyone have any other details?
