This duplex on South Oxford Street in Fort Greene just had its price reduced from $650,000 to $599,000. While the building looks nice fromt the outside, the apartment is looking a little low on the charm factor. It looks like someone stripped it of its original details, doesn’t it? Nonetheless, a three-bedroom apartment in a prewar building is a desirable commodity, we’d think. Biggest negative is probably the proximity to the Atlantic Mall and the nearby Ratner-built townhouse complex. It’s clean, safe and convenient though.
