Let us rephrase: As big as we’d want it to look for the price tag of $1.249 million. Given the height of the first floor (which houses the cavernous Bubby’s), this second-floor location actually clears tree level and probably has decent views. Do people think this will fetch the asking price? What have other places in the building sold for recently?
