Waddya think? Does $500 a foot sound about right for a gigantic loft in the Newswalk building on Pacific Street? We’d say it does, given that this place appears to have had a pretty slick reno at some point in the recent past. We’d want to know whether this unit is North- or South-facing before getting too excited, but this is definitely an interesting alternative to buying a similarly priced townhouse in the surrounding blocks.
