Vanderbilt Avenue in Prospect Heights has tons of potential in our opinion. It already has a fun vibe and eclectic mix of businesses and we suspect more bars and restaurants will continue to be drawn to the strip. This storefront at 595 Vanderbilt is a big question mark.
