The developer of this building on Broadway (#26?) between Wythe and Kent must be hoping to get to market before Herman Badillo builds his 28 towers in the Burg. Given how well Schaefer Landing sales have gone, and the Gretsch before that, there’s no reason to think this place won’t have buyers lining up. Anyone know who the architect or developer is?
