This falls into the “What Are They Smoking?” category. We know of a similar apartment on Park Avenue in Manhattan that’s been having trouble moving at $550,000! The broker, Terry Lawler, is experienced enough that we suspect this is a case of a client getting his mind set on some unreasonable price and not listening to his broker. Pie in the sky, baby.
