There’s a new 5-story building going up at 184 Adelphi Street between Willougby and Myrtle. It’s too early too tell whether its angular modernism will be successful or not but we’re curious to know how residents are feeling about it. We’re just happy to see some decent-sized windows for a change! The building was designed by Michael Marshall Architecture. Ever heard of ‘em?
