We neglected to include it in Open House Picks on Friday, but 277 Windsor Place is drool-worthy. The wood-paneling is particularly spectacular and the house overall strikes us as one of the grander ones in Windsor Terrace. Of course, the owner clearly knows what she’s got here and ain’t givin’ it away for free. Would $1.665 million be a record for the neighborhood? There’ve been a couple houses on Prospect Park SW that have been listed for more than this in recent months but we don’t know if they ever got their price.
