In a burst of synergistic brilliance, the folks behind Smith and Vine are about to open a new cheese shop named, appropriately, Stinky. We’ll be interested to see how it stacks up against our current fave, the Bedford Cheese Shop in the Williamsburg mini mall. In other news, the Park Slope fashionistas behind Bird have opened a new location at 220 Smith Street.
