Just down the street from the Court Street bank blitz, there’s a new development going up at 63 Schermerhorn Street. Anyone know what this is going to be? Though this block, between Court and Brooklyn Bridge Boulevard, feels more commercial than residential, those window cut-outs look like they’re made for apartments.
