We’re curious to hear what people think of 255 Eastern Parkway aka the Woodrow Wilson. We dig the exterior of the building and we’ve always assumed it had typically generous pre-war dimensions and details. We suspect that the reason this 1,600-square-foot five-bedroom feels a little more cramped is that an extra bedroom or two were carved out of the original space–probably at the same time that the crown moldings were removed. Still, there can’t be too many other options in the area for a large family that’s not interested in townhouse living. Who can tell us more about the building?
