According to a neighbor, there’s an old man who’s been living here for at least twenty years (long enough that there’s no turnover history on Property Shark), in which time not a spot of upkeep has been performed on the house. It looks like it has the potential to be a pretty sweet bachelor pad with that ground-level parking space and proximity to the park.
