We noticed that Weichert (oh, ye of the yellow ballooned signs) was holding another open house yesterday (Monday, weird, right?) at 156 St. James Place, the Clinton Hill 12-footer that was ravaged by readers last week. (Notice the charmingly restored #158 at left.) We wanted to show a full-frontal of the house and were hoping to find out if they’d cut the silly asking price of $950,000 yet. Actually, what we’d really love to see are some hidden-camera shots of the interior.
