As of yesterday, powerhouse Elliman broker Helene Luchnick is taking orders for Roebling Square’s 36 one- and two-bedroom residences, which we figure means another 70 or 80 people standing around on the L Train platform watching train by train go by every morning. Apartments start in the “mid-$500s” according to the press release. What are you waiting for, people! Given the price cuts underway at 55 Berry, the developers may be pissing into the wind on this one.
