Across the street from yesterday numbers 246-252 Hancock is another batch of exquisite Montrse Morris-designed houses at numbers 255, 257 and 259, notable for their third-floor loggias. According to Francis Morrone, number 255 (at left) remains almost perfectly preserved. On the Southwest corner of Hancock and Marcy, number 230 is getting a much-needed makeover.
