Set Speed is still MIA this week so we’re taking a flyer on this development at 191 Woodpoint in Williamsburg. The six-floor building looks anything but extraordinary from the outside, despite the broker’s attempts to create an aura of exclusivity by instituting an invitation-only sales process. In outer Williamsburg? Puh-leeez.

We’ve perused the Aptsandlofts.com listing and the development’s made-to-order site but can’t really find anything to discuss. It’s a completely unremarkable property–its only distinction being, perhaps, that it offers the opportunity to own a 2-bedroom apartment in New York City for under $500,000. In the end, that may well be enough to move the units, but it still won’t leave us much to talk about.
