Since Thursday in condo day around here, we thought we’d put up this condo development on Coney Island Avenue across from the Parade Grounds. This was the last photo we took on our way back from our tour of Victorian Flatbush last weekend. From the info on Property Shark, we’re guessing this development will be known as Coney on the Park.
