We’ve been keeping our eye on this new townhouse going up on the edge of Ratnerville. Located at 518 Carlton, between Pacific and Dean, the development appears to be a Boymelgreen project, though it’s hard to believe that something this small is worth the big guy’s time. Anyway, it’s too early to tell what it’s gonna look like but there don’t appear to be any red flags yet.
