We got some nasty looks when we snapped this photo of the Sunshine Group’s sexy sales headquarters for Leviev Boymelgreen’s condo development at 75 Smith. (Did Nick Dine design this too?) You’d think they’d subscribe to the “Any publicity is good publicity” school of thought. All that worry for nothing: It’s not like we’re gonna harp on the building’s proximity to the House of Detention.
