We’re not thrilled with the interiors of this Carroll Gardens brick three-family, but the location is primo and the garden is to die for. That said, assuming the infrastructure of the house is in good shape–which we’d guess it is–most of our cosmetic reservations are probably inexpensively addressed. Plus the finishes are more than adequate for the two floor-thru rentals. How’s the $1.995 asking price sitting with people? Anything gone for that amount on this street recently?
