The first, a condo complex going in on 16th and Jackson Place between 6th and 7th Avenues, grabbed his attention for the charming attention to air conditioning detail. The second photo, a Brooklyn Properties listing East on 16th in Windsor Terrace (the 500 block, perhaps), he says deserves credit for the developer’s effort to “at least make a new building a little nice (not REALLY nice, but some consideration to design.” Do you agree?
