Across the street from the lot that Massey Knakal is selling (earlier post) is this new construction. We think the address is 118 Lexington but are not 100% sure. It’s hard to tell what it will end up looking like but it is notable at this point for its scale, which is certainly a little more ambitious than the new buildings in the area that we focused on yesterday.
