A reader sent us the link to the Craigslist version of yesterday’s house of the day which a commenter had identified as 446A Prospect Avenue. The most enlightening aspect of the Craigslist ad is the full view of the facade which confirms that this really is only a 2.5-story house. It also shows that A&H was being less-than-straightforward in their purposefully cropped photo which left the impression there could be another floor on the house. Bad karma, dudes! Misleading your potential customers ain’t the way to go. Now that we see the size of this thing we think our opinion that this is overpriced was right on–generous, if anything.
