These large national brokers always get the oddest listings and this one is no exception. At first blush, $2 million seems to be an absurd price for this house (even not knowing exactly where it is), but upon further reflection the only logical explanation we can come up with is that it’s a development opportunity. The lot is 27.5 feet wide and the neighboring buildings are fairly high, so it would be reasonable to think there’s a lot more square footage to be wrung out of this place. Without a location, though, it’s hard to do much more than speculate. We’re sure someone can tell us where this is.
