We can’t resist the chance to help the little guy, so when the owner of this place on 23rd Street across from the Green-Wood Cemetery dropped us an email, we ran with it. The natural wood-clad facade caught our eye, though we have to admit to being a bit disappointed by the lack of interior detail as well as the 1970′s-style version of a stoop. The street looks quiet and cute, though, and the taxes are a miniscule $682 a year. Put down some antique wood floors and a little crown molding and this baby could clean up pretty nicely. We don’t know the market in this micro-neighborhood very well so we’ll leave it up to others to opine on whether $750,000 is a reasonable asking price.
