  1. I saw th Bed-Stuy property about a year ago – it was selling for about $550,000 through urbanview realty.. It seems like someone did a quick renovation and are now reselling it (I guess they call that flipping property). It had wall to wall red carpeting before and no new kitchen or bathrooms.

  2. I agree that this seems like a very reasonable price for this market — unless there is something about it that is not shown. The location is pretty good. It looks attractive from the outside, and there are frame houses going for about the same price on 14, 15, and 16.

  3. I agree — unless the place is in horrible shape this looks like a good price (for the current market). And 6th Ave is not nearly as heavily or noisily trafficked as 5th or 7th Aves. This is a nice location (if not exactly “prime” as the ad says).
