This lot on South 4th Street between Driggs and Roebling has been sitting empty–save for a small temporary structure at the rear–for quite a while now. In the past few weeks, though, the structure has been torn down and the plywood fence has gone up in anticipation of imminent construction. Yesterday, on the way to work, we asked one of the workers what kind of building was planned for the site. His answer? 14 stories of condos. Bridge On-ramp views — it doesn’t get any better than that!
