I have been to the Sackett house – not a great deal – really needs a gut reno in my opinion – the addition seemed to be very unstable and questionable consruction – 750 or 800 woould be a good deal but not over a mil

You should never list anything by Destination Realty. They never actually have what they are advertising. It is just away to collect names and phone numbers of potential customers.
The fort greene listing for $2.1 has been with halstead for a couple months.
