We are revisiting this Warren Lewis listing because (although it may be old news) we just noticed that some time between now and last January the price was cut from $685,000 to $595,000. Though we think the nicest part about this house is the outside (flipper reno on the inside), it is hard to find a stand-alone house at this price, especially within walking distance of Prospect Park. Presumably everything is in move-in condition too. Anyone been inside?
