Brownstoner gives and Brownstoner takes away. After singing the praises of Corcoran broker Rodolfo Lucchese’s listing at 116 Willoughby Avenue yesterday, we stumbled across another new listing of his that, unfortunately, is not as reasonably priced in our view. Technically just inside the Clinton Hill boundary (though lacking its leafy charm), this Gates Avenue house has little to recommend it. Much further East than the Willoughby listing and having been stripped of any detail by an obvious flipper/developer, this 4-story, 3-family place should be $850,000 to $900,000 not $1.1 million in our humble opinion. Anyone had an up-close look yet?
