The ladies doing their thing in the garden. (Disclaimer - these pictures are a few weeks old, but the Brooklyn Terminal Market - I think now closed for a while - was a great spot to pick up a lot of nice things at decent prices.)

That is what I heard from a neighbor. Seasonal closing? Could be wrong.

I'm very curious about the configuration of the garden. I live the Slope and my backyard used to have that same rectangular shape with the concerete walkway. I see that everywhere in Brooklyn Brownstones. Why would backyards have such uniform gardens all over Brooklyn? I hated it, I think it's much nicer without it having more open space.
