A drain pipe is clogged and a homeowner is wondering if clearing it is a DIY project or if a professional should be called.
A drain pipe is clogged and a homeowner is wondering if clearing it is a DIY project or if a professional should be called. The cast iron pipe runs down an exterior wall and does have a cap that looks easy to remove for cleaning. Should the homeowner buy a snake and attempt the job?
