From the Forum: Dealing With a Party Deck Next Door

A rental building next door is the site of heavy partying on the two roof decks, creating issues for a homeowner. Beyond noise, the partiers have been tossing trash onto the homeowner’s property, including glass bottles. Chatting with the tenants didn’t work and there hasn’t been a response from the management company — what other steps should the homeowner take?
