From the Forum: Renovating A Rear Lot House

Homeowners are bracing themselves to tackle a full renovation of a townhouse as well as a second house at the rear of their property. Knowing that there might be any number of hurdles, they are looking for advice from any readers who may have renovated a similar backyard house.
