Brooklynites Turn Out for Brownstones and Townhouses 101 Event in May

It was standing room only at Brownstoner’s Brownstones and Townhouses 101 event May 16 at the Brooklyn Society for Ethical Culture in Park Slope.

Donald Brennan of Brennan Real Estate, Adam Dahill of loanDepot and Tambi Kat of Design Build Enterprise shared their experiences and perspective on the history, care, purchase, financing and renovation of townhouses in Brooklyn.

The event was the second in the Brownstoner Home Events series, a program of workshops and panels for prospective home buyers, sellers and homeowners.

Sponsors were Bed Bath & Beyond, California Closets, Brennan Real Estate, Design Build Enterprise, loanDepot and Brownstone Agency Inc.

Oaxaca Taqueria provided drinks and snacks. All attendees received a Bed Bath & Beyond gift card with a value of $10.

Next month Two Trees and Brownstoner will host an industry networking event, part of the Brownstoner Open Houses series, with live music, tequila and tacos. It will take place from 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, June 20, at 45 Main Street.
